RB Leipzig’s central defender Mohamed Simakan is attracting interest from several clubs, according to insider Florian Plettenberg.
Newcastle United and Liverpool from the Premier League, as well as Barcelona, have inquired about his availability. Additionally,
there is reported interest from Saudi Arabian clubs. Leipzig is open to negotiating Simakan’s transfer, but only for suitable offers,
as his contract runs until the summer of 2027.

In other news, RB Leipzig has made several transfer moves recently. They have re-signed Xavi Simons on loan from PSG and secured the transfer of Norwegian winger Antonio Nusa from Club Brugge. Additionally, after acquiring Conor Gallagher from Chelsea, Leipzig has loaned young midfielder Arthur Vermeeren from Atlético Madrid, with a mandatory purchase option included in the loan agreement.
