Premier League team want to sign Jobe Bellingham in January

Jobe Bellingham has attracted interest from one Premier League club following a brilliant start to life at Sunderland.

While much of the attention has centred around his brother Jude’s form for Real Madrid, Jobe has also made huge strides since making the move from Birmingham City to the Stadium of Light.

The 18-year-old has started every single one of the Black Cats’ games in the Championship this season, scoring three goals and providing one assist as Sunderland push for promotion.READ MORE

Meanwhile, he has impressed within England’s youth ranks, with a compilation of his performance for the Three Lions’ under 19 side going viral on social media.
In turn, he has caught the eye of Tottenham Hotspur, who are keeping close tabs on the midfielder, according to Football Insider.

The report adds that Spurs have been tracking the 18-year-old ever since he first came onto their radar in January at former club Birmingham, regularly sending scouts to watch him play.

Last time out in the league, Bellingham opened the scoring inside 20 minutes against his boyhood club as he continues to follow in his older brother’s footsteps.
However, Tottenham could face competition from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund, who were previously linked with a move for the teenager back in 2021.
