The legendary Pacquiao has named the toughest puncher he’s ever fought with

Legendary former eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao has revealed the hardest puncher he
ever faced in the ring was Miguel Cotto. Pacquiao, known as “PacMan,” commented on the power and accuracy of Cotto’s punches, saying, “I still feel some of those punches he landed on me. Staying on the ropes is not the best place to be when you fight him. He’s also accurate. He’s incredible.” Pacquiao fought Cotto in 2009 for the WBO welterweight title and won by technical knockout in the final round.
